How to load different ranges in single column

Hi all

I've data, maintained in the following format

610,      0900101101,     0900101119

611,      0900107202,     0900107203

611,      0900101120,     0900101121

The first column in above data denotes GROUP, while the second column contains START value and last column contains END value of a range. How can I load this data in GROUP, VALUE format as follows:

610,0900101101

610,0900101102

610.0900101103

.. so on

611, 0900107202

611, 0900107203

.. so on
