How to load excel files having different format eg. Biff, ooxml dynamically

Hey All,

I have a scenario in which i get my data in the form of excel files from some source. But it is not sure whether i will get those excel files in 'Biff' or 'Ooxml'

format. So is there any way to make it dynamic so that whatever format comes, it would be able to handle it.

Can you differentiate by the extension, i.e. .xls or .xlsx?

Hey,

Actually I am not getting the way to fetch extension '.xls' or '.xlsx' from the excel file.

Can you please suggest some.
