Hi Sunny,

I tried these 2 but it doesnt work. Please help.

  1. Let Market_Ratio=Count(DISTINCT {<Part# -= {'No_Parts'}>} Job#)*12/sum( aggr( rangesum( above( sum( [Sales Qty]),0,12) ),(Monthname,(NUMERIC, ASCENDING))))
  2. Count(DISTINCT {<Part# -= {'No_Parts'}>} Job#)*12/sum( aggr( rangesum( above( sum( [Sales Qty]),0,12) ),(Monthname,(NUMERIC, ASCENDING)))) as Market_Ratio

Sorry, I attach again here

I mean't where have you tried those expressions? I don't see any objects which use those expression? I am just trying to understand where you want to use this expression (text box object, straight table, pivot table, line chart, or what?) and it would be good to know the numbers you expect to see in the object you are looking to view it in

Hi Sunny, sorry, i attached again. In the graph, i wish see the month as x-axis in different fiscal year.
But, when i click different product category or different SalesCo, i think the calculation for rolling 12 months sales is not accurate. Please help

sunny_talwar

I see you have selected SalesCo XYZ and Category DVD... what is the output you expect to see here? I mean only 102016 seems to be available for those selections, what would last 12 month look like?

If I select SalesCo = ABC, Category = AC, why there is only 3 months figure show in the graph?

Can I set 12 months figures to be showed (from April to March) in the graph?

sunny_talwar

Is this what you want?

Yes, but from April to March, and different line for different fiscal year.

May I know why even though there is no sales in certain month, but the formula is rolling 12 months sales, so there is always a figure in every month right?

sunny_talwar

Those months don't have a value... what exactly would you like to see in them? I am not sure what you are expecting to see.. can you give the number for each of the months for this particular set of selections?
