I want to know how can i make horizontal line at each value of Y axis in background ??

Hi,

In the axis tab you can enable the option for show grid for respective axis.

Hi

If you are talking about horizontal grid lines, go to Properties | Axes and check the Show Grid option. If you are talking about specific reference lines, then go to Properties | Presentation and click Add... in Reference Lines.
