How to manage dormant accounts

Hi everyone,

assuming I have two tables:

Accounts:

AccountKey, OtherAccountData

Transactions:

TxnKey, TxnDate, AccountKey, OtherTxnData

How can I create a chart displaying the percentage of dormant accounts per month?

The chart I've created already manages the transaction period as dimension but I do not know how to calculate the expression.

Any idea?
