How to match different cities languages - Qlik Community

Hi all, i've 2 table...

one has lot of cities written in english name... as NAPLES

The othe one as the same cities written in Italian... NAPOLI.... how to MAtch in the same table one only city?

Here is the Example of my Table, i've imported from two different Excel files some places...

bui in the Firs language is in Italian and in the Other is in english...

so i got Naples & Napoli or Olbia & Olbia (SARDINEN ) but the place is the same....

How can i merge this two values in one only field?
