How to multi select (QlikView v11.2) on a Mac, using Accesspoint

Using QlikView v11.2 on Accesspoint, we have users that only use a Mac. They are trying to multi-select various non consecutive values (ex. in a list box or straight table) but are unsuccessful.

They have tried unsuccessfully using the below short keys. Any suggestions?

CTRL and click

CTRL + Shift and click

CMD and click

CMD  + Shift and click

On my Mac it works with CMD + <click> and confirming the multi-select by presssing [enter/return]

Ok, that did work -- as a traditional non-Mac user, I didn't know that a ENTER click was required after using the CMD key. Thanks for that hint...

Note: this only appears to work on List boxes and not charts. Would you agree? Is there an alternative for Charts (i.e. straight table or pivot)
