How to one field selection can affect another filter?

Hi guys,

I need your help again. The question is: if I select reportName 'Fifth' from filter, the Year filter automatically must show max(Year) - 2013  from filter and deselect another fields - Quarter, Month, Day. Should I write macros on select field or do something another? I don't know how to write it. Could you please help me. Thank you very much. Example is attached.

I would like that max(Year) will be default value for this report, but also have to be opportunity to select only one another Year value, and filters - Quarter, Month, Day have to be deactivated for this report.
