How to prove if a certain value remove or add on will improve results

Hi there,

B performance is poorer as the waiting time is higher than A.

Looking at the  data it tell me mainly cause by the block at "X10"

If there a way to prove such that B performance is poorer due to the "X10"

If the dashboard allow me to do a simulation example

(1) Reduce the boxes at X10 from 101 to 50 ?

(2) Switch the 50 boxes from X10 to other blocks?

How can i go about doing it? Or If there a better idea for simulation, thanks.
