How to put a default value on a sheet in QlikView?

Hi guys, I want to put default value when I open the sheet. I read and know that triggers can help me. But triggers doesn't work.

Can you explain a bit more about your requirement ? Normally  an "On Open action" with "Select in filed trigger" should do the job.

I just wrote without equality symbol and it worked!!!without equality symbol
