How to quickly Demo a POC Dashboard/APP?

Hi:

I am quite new to Qlik and was assigned a task to develop a dashboard for Proof-Of-Concept (POC). I did manage to put the dashboard items together, however, I can't manage to figure out as how to simulate the final dashboard experience to end users. For example, when I show it on my computer, my manager doesn't like the look and feel of whole development environment with tools, buttons and menus on top.

My question is if there is any way to publish the final dashboard as it will appear to business users? Qlik Sense appears to do that by default by hiding all the development details. However, Qlik Sense is very limited in its options and I do not find it good enough for POC developments. I do understand that to publish the final dashboard, one needs QlikServer. However, at POC stage, we don't want to be bothered with acquiring the server licenses.

Hence my question, "What's the best way to demo a QlikView POC Dashboard on personal computer"?

Thanks,

Are they sure they want to go with something new into QlikView?

"In addition to trusted QlikView applications, QlikView customers should consider adding Qlik Sense to existing environments for new use cases, to take advantage of more modern technology and new areas of innovation. Because both products run on the same engine, customers can easily re-use existing assets such as data models and analytics expressions. Furthermore, Qlik has recently created a highly compelling offer that enables existing QlikView customers to more seamlessly and cost effectively adopt the Qlik Sense platform, while maintaining their QlikView footprint. With this dual-use offer, a customer can simply uplift their current QlikView maintenance by a modest percentage, and receive equivalent access to Qlik Sense for the same user base that is entitled to use QlikView." You could probably contact a Qlik partner near you and have a discussion about your case. They could probably provide you with a temporary server license for POC purpose and you won't have to really buy one at this stage.
