How to "zoom out" in a bar chart?

I have a bar chart that only has values of 5-10% on the y axis but I want the y axis to show up to 100% to put the 5-10% in context. By default Qlikview is making the max y axis value about 14%. How do I force it to show the whole plot?

Go to the Properties of the Chart. In Axes>Scale, enable the Static Max = 1.
