I need help as i want to show few data in the table box as when we import data from excel it will show all the data in the table box but i want to show selected data in the table box..
You can't use calculated dimensions or expressions in a table box, so the only way to limit the data that is shown in the table box is to make a selection, reducing the set of data to an appropriate amount.
You can use e.g. a straight table box to incorporate that logic (using set analysis in expressions or calculated dimensions).
