How to reset PW at Qlik Branch ?

Hi All

Step 1 i enter my user name and i click on forget password.

Step 2 i enter my email address paulyeo@tdstech.com and click reset.

Step 3 after received the email , i click on the reset PW link and enter new pass

Step 4 I get error msg on user name does not match.

Hope some one can share with me where i go wrong ?

Just guessing that your user name does not match the user name that is registered with this email address.

Maybe contact qoncierge@qlik.com to get help with this issue.
