This is related to the security settings on your browser and your network setup. To quote from answers.microsoft.com:

Here's what you do:  'start'  'control panel'  'internet options'

move from 'general'  to  'advanced'  scroll down and down and down until you see a gold-coloured lock in the 'security' section.

UNTICK    'Check For Publisher's Revocation'    then click  'Apply'  and  OK.

It's worked for me here and it's so much quicker on newspaper sites.

Hi,

I have the same issue.

It's ok with my desktop version but my application will soon display on server and I can't use this solution for each users.

Do you know if there is an other way ?

Thanks you

Hi  Florence,

I think there are no such kind of options as the security warnings are depend on clients browser. you have to instruct the users to disable "Check publisher's certificates revocation " in Advanced tab of Internet Options in IE Browser.

Thanks
