Hi community,

Is there any method I can restrict my users at specific sheets on a QlikView document?

I have a dashboard with different sheets in it. I want to restrict selected users who can only access those sheets.

Thank you for your response. in 'ABC' shall I write the name of the user or IP address of the system which accesses QlikView Access Point through webserver?

If I want to restrict Usama Anwar, shall I write my complete name or my domain ID like usama.anwar or my system IP address?

Section is a concept which is used in Qlikview to restrict access and data reduction according to the user login.

Check this document you will get a details idea on section access, its parameter and how to use it .

For the sheet level access check the post mentioned by @hirishv7

Hi,

Check this link it helps you in implementing this, based on the logged in Qlikview user name it show/hides the sheets.
