How to run QlikviewDistributionservice.exe in Control-M (BMC) ?

I'm new in Qlikview, i read some about execution of QV.EXE and its problems with schedulers like Control-M.  I just want to know what is then sintax to execute a qvd using the command QlikViewDistributionservice.exe ? and from where i can download this program, just because our installation not include this file. Thanks.
