How to select a period time using a button

Hi all! How is it going?

My name is Alexandre and i´m a begginer when the subject is Qlickview. But, i´m trying to create a button to see a period time selected using reference date (startdate and enddate). For example: startdate  01/07/2009 and enddate 30/06/2011 inside of add action.I was trying it:

=>$(vDataInicio) <$(vDataFim)

I assume that you have set the date interval in the object below , so I am not clear on what you are trying to do with the button click. Maybe you could use calendar or slider object instead to set the interval?

Yeah.. I think that it´s the best way. I´ll construct the slider using yout structure.

Why not you use calender object for that, in this condition you need to use calender object.
