How to set up a Real time push (Real time update) in a personal edition? is it possible?

How to set up a Real time push (Real time update) in a QV10 personal edition, that automatically reflects the changes made in the source database onto the dashboard every few minutes?

If possible, how to schedule it to run that automatically?
