How to show different Columns as a Single dimmension?

Hi all,

I have a data where my columns are from A-Z. Now, i want to create a chart where columns E to X should be on X-axis, and i want column E to display as the current month, column F as( Current month-1), Column G as( Current month-2) and so on till 24 months.
