How to show expression value in google map

Hi All,

I have implemented google map in one of my application. it shows scatter plot on map.

Now i need to show the expression values on scatter plot.

In my case i am calculationg the population of various states and i need to show the population figures on the chart...

Also is it possible to integrate a barchart over google map...means instead of scatter plot it shows bars with value....in other words sort of 3D map.
