How to show missing values column in pivot table

Dear all,

I have pivot table contains missing values columns ....I want missing valuess column should get appear in the pivot table.

See my below pivot table showing missing values columns like ....BInsurer_Reject , ELead_Pending_with_U/W , FNonContactable etc.

and my requirement is i want to keep this columns in pivot table but problem is that when i click on suppress when values is null on ERGo_Loc Dimension then all the missing values column will get hide.

I want to keep missing values column and not to keep null value row of Ergo_Loc dimension ...

Can anybody help me with this one ........its urgent ....
