How to show the sub tabs

Hi,

I would like to show One main tab and 3 sub tabs .

Scenario is If I click the main tab and it should show there are 3 other tabs under the main tab .

The sub tabs should  show the Tittle only if it is selected or else just as an blank tab and when we select the other tabs it should not display the title.

Can any one help me pls.
