How to solve the data islands?

Hi,

I have problems with data islands.

My data are from sharepoint and the columns name are the same n each column.

I want the Attrition, Hiring and Rotation to connect with other table.

but when I did that, the value of the data will messed up.

Can anyone helps me with that?

You should concatenate the 3 tables (RAE, CWF, Intern )into one to solve the synthetic key.

How's the 3 tables (hiring, rotation, attrition) related to RAE, CWF and intern?

Hiring,

After the employee get hired, it will update each list of RAE, CWF and Intern based on the employee status.

Rotation,

When employee in rotation are in it, the list Rae, cwf and intern will updated what changes.

Attrition,

Based on the last official date,

when the date is past, employees in each lists will change the employment status to not active and it will automatically goes into attrition list
