How to solve the issue

Hi,

Can anyone let me know please how can I calculate Issues by Value

As I tried but I am not sure whether i picked the right one or not

Nobody here can answer this question.  It is about your data and your requirements.  You need help onsite.

My last comment here - it doesn't make any difference, at least in your example, which expression to use - Count(ID) or Count(TOPID) or Count(Value).  The result will be exactly the same...
