How to sort on some expression

How can I sort the below report regarding the expression ,

For eg,

My requirement is Highest variance will come first and then so on.

FirstStoredValue(Dim,-Value)

You will need a custom sort expression for the dimensions if your table is a pivot (which it appears to be).
