There are two worlds in our office. On my computer, after I remove the prj folders, they will not be automatically re-created again but on my boss's computer, prj folders just keep recreating after he has deleted the prj folders thousands of times. He just does not want to see the prj folders. How can we get rid of them permenantly? Is there any setting for that? We were using the same version of QlikView (11.2011718.0. SR1) and he has just upgraded to 11.2011922 but the problem is still there. His OS is 64 bit and mine is 32 bit.
When we log onto a customer's server by rdp using the same ID but from our own PC. Every time when he creates a new QV document, the prj folder is automatically created. While every time when I create a new QV document, the prj folder is not created. We should be treated as one user on the server because we are logging using the same ID. Why does this happen? The customer server is Windows 2008 64 bit.
Apart from his OS is 64 bit and mine is 32 bit, I really cannot find any differentces between our PCs. Is that the reason? Anyway we just do not want the prj folder to come out again.
