How to sum quantities with negative value in a bar corde chart?

I have a barcorde chart that shows net sales by customer, dividing by group of products. But in this month for an especific customer, he had a devolution and in the chart shows a value of -55 for a group and 626 for the other group. All other customers shows the sum of the quantities over the data, but I don't know why when a negative value appears, the sum is not showed in the right way, and it is causing a confusion for my user. Anyone can help me with that?

Hi Robson,

Oleg is correct in this case. This is a bug with the following bug ID#: 21159. I'm not sure how to best work around the issue at the moment unfortunately. This is listed as a high severity bug so hopefully it will be fixed before long.

Yes, it is correct. But I don't wanna see - 55. I wanna see the sum of both groups - 626 - 55=571

But you changed my chart. I wanna find out, why in my situation, it is showing me the negative number, instead of the total of the groups.

Robson,

It very well might be a bug or an "undocumented feature". In those cases, you typically do 2 things - report it as a bug to QlikTech and look for a work around to get your job done despite the problem.
