How to tag dates with PDF report label from QMC

Dear All ,

I am stuck in problem ...I want to tag dates with PDF report label...i have achieved like below ..

Now :- Call Center Wise Report 30 - 8 -2015

Requirement(Should be like this ) :- Call Center Wise Report 30  Aug  2015

I have made one field in my app  Month(Today()-1) AS Month

When i am using loop field document  and thereafter using Month as field Document...Then i am getting 8 instead of August

Can anyone suggest me how i can get Month name as text from QMC.
