Hi,

Did you try using binary loads based on an already existing layout document that includes all the charts and variables, but only two lines of script, one with the binary and the other with the include? Which kind of script do you need to create using macro?

Regards,

Miguel

Hi Miguel,

Ya i know the use of binary load and Include statement. Now i can able to insert Include statement in another qvw file through macro code. But one thing i want to know i.e. how to insert differant objects of one qvw file to another qvw file.(ex:charts, listboxes, inputboxes, textobjects, variables etc)

Miguel, it's not working for me.

After I click on the button that calls the macro, the Edit Module dialog opens and no file is created. What am I missing?

Thank you.

Hi Hugo,

Are you allowing system access to the Modules (Ctrl + M, and on the left part, Module Security)? Besides, is the file and folder avaiable to the user or has any NTFS restrictions?

Hope that helps.

Miguel

Hi Miguel,

It is very useful Macro to Store Edit script.

If it is any way to same(Store Edit script in another location) in Current  Edit script?.

If it is possible, could you please send the script.

Thanks and regards,
