How to use escape character in hyperlink

Im trying to use hyperlink to send table details through mail,but i am facing issue while using chr(10) new line where all my data is showing in same line but i need to split the data by  column  wise,could anyone guide me on this

I tried with '%0D%0D',it is working fine
