How to use imported QAR file

Hello

I have installed a QAR file and the install states that I have installed it correctly

How do I now use the QAR in the QVW?

I have turned the QVW to webview - right clicked to create new user object and the Extension file is not available within the drop down list

I am working on Windows 7 on the server to: C:\Program Data\QlikTech\QlikviewServer\Extensions\Objects

I also have a copy saved here: C:\Users\[User]\App_Data\Local\QlikTech\Qlikview\Extensions\Objects
