How to use the AD users in Qlikview?

Hi everyone,

     Today I meet a question,I install the Qlikview Server in the server,In the QMC,set the Active Directory:

    

In the Users I can find the user .

But I can not use the user login to the QMC and Accesspoint.

Could you tell me how to solve the problem?

What problems / error messages do you get when trying to access these web servers (QMC is entirely different from the AccessPoint)?

In theory, the AccessPoint should be accessible using SSO by anyone that has a valid Windows Account in the same or in a trusted domain.

For the QMC, in addition to the previous (it's still a Windows machine with AD security), enter the windows accounts of all QlikView admins that should have access to the QMC in a local group called "QlikView Administrators". That group already exists, as it is created during installation of the QlikView server.

By looking at the image, it looks me that you have leased the license from server for Qlikview development/client. User details clearly explains this is thru leasing license.

Do you have any other logs or issue apart from this ?
