Can I open an URL in Text object ? Is there any example anyboby can provide ? If not in Text object any alternate solution is appreciated.

You can use text box as hyperlink (as disguish). For that use, action -> Open URL(under external). And then in the front end use that URL/your preferred text where user clicks and land up at the URL destination

yes, It is possible, Choose Text Box Object>>Action Tab>> Add >> External >> Open URL
