Is Baseline, 1st Cut, & Start of Second Cut different fields or are they part of single field with three (or more then three) possible values?

Baseline, 1st Cut, & Start of Second Cut  are three  different fields . Please find the attached XL file.

I would suggest creating a single field out of them using the The Crosstable Load. Do you think that is an option?
