I cannot open files I have just created

I installed QlikView v12 Personal Edition some months ago and have since changed the windows account on my laptop.  I couldn't open the old files but they were test files so I wasn't bothered.  I now create a brand new qvw file, close it, try to reopen it and then it states it's been created by another user.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Qlikview but I get the same problem.  I am on the same laptop but I guess it thinks I'm a different user, even though I created the file 2 mins previously.  Should I register with another email account and reinstall again?

I figured it out.  I uninstalled absolutely every instance in the file folders and in the registry...searching for Qlik. Then rebooted and reinstalled.  All sorted, I can now create and reopen files.
