I need to put a line through a chart that shows a max value

I have a bar chart that shows staffing levels for a month, I need to put a line through the chart that is at 70 people so we can see where we are above 70 and where we are below clearly.

Has anyone done this.

You can use a reference line. You can use a static value of 70 or you can use an expression.

Select the chart properties and you can add reference lines under the Presentation tab.
