I want to color the back ground of my chart as given in the photo.Please help.

You can use a Combi chart and add three expressions for three segments of a stacked bar. The expression of the first is 60, the second and third are 20. Set the cluster distance of the bars to 0 so there won't be gaps between the bars on the time dimension. Click on the plus in front of the bar segment expressions to change the background color of the segments. Choose white() or argb(0,0,0,0) for the bottom segment. Disable the Expressions as Legend option for the bar expressions.

You might have to force a MAX and MIN value to stop the axis resizing and so messing up the placement of the text boxes.

Hi bert, It is really helpful.It took some time for me to understand what you have explained But, finally i did it.Thank you
