I would like to create a selection list

I would like to create a selection list with the fields #satisfaction_client, #taux_resolution_mois, #taux_protection_antivirus (figure 1) but when I do it it returns me a list of selection of the values of each field (figure 2) and yet I wish to have a section list of fields only.

Do you want all those 3 fields showing as the same filter?

Or let the user select which field to display in a different listbox?

How the expected output should look like?

I wish it become in the same filter like the figure below and starting to create the histogram of each.
