IE Plugin is not working

Since yesterday the IE Plugin in our production environment has not been working. By running the applications using IE Plugin we get a blank screen.

As I know and asked the other vendor responsible for the servers there has not been any changes implemented on the servers and neither any configuration changed.

From only one another server it is possible to run the AccessPoint on the production server and run applications with IE Plugin without any problem!? From other servers or end users' PCs we get a blank screen or an error message saying that the document cannot be opened.

We are using Windows 2012 R2, QlikView 11.2 SR15 and IE 11.

We have the same setup but the issue is persisting
