IE plugin is an addon to Internet Explorer 32 bits

You have to check your browser add-ons to see if it´s installed.

Last screenshot of your add-ons shows that the plugin is NOT installed

Hi Naresh,

IE plug-in installed and unable to open the reports in access point means, you are using either Qlikview 12 or Windows 10 Operating System. This plug-ins doesn't work under this upgrades.
