IE plug in Explorer 11

hi,

my users using the IE Plugin.

some of my users when they open the access point cant open the models with the plugin

(after we download the plugin)- like in the attachmant

they have IE 11

someone know about this problem?

what should i do?

the model does not open even with the plugin link.

Which version of QlikView are you using. IE11 is only supported from v11.2 SR5 and later.
