Hi Elie,

you are trying to use a standard 64bit plugin rather than one for Windows 8. What operating System do you have on your server? If it's windows 2012 then you should have a compatible plugin installer in C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewPlugin

According to the Release Notes, 11.20 SR5 only supports Windows 8.1 on the 64 bit version. Are your users using a 32 bit version of Windows?

Hi Alejandro,

we tried to install the plugin on Windows 8.1 64 bit and it's giving the same popup error.

But when installing on windows 8 it's working.

It seems it's not supporting windows 8.1.

Any solution ?
