IPHONE 2.0 (cover flow)

Some of my end users updated their IPHONE to 2.0.

The coverflow now shows only one object. The other objects are on the coverflow but they're invisible. The image below show a sheet with two objects but we can only see one. The example below has two objects, one can be seen in the cover flow and one cannot be seen. My end users are getting confused in not being able to show all the items on the sheet on the coverflow.

I have not seen this behaviour before, may I ask what the type the other objects are?

The behavior is also new to me. It only started once we updated our IPHONEs to version 2.0

What surprises me is that it's also behaving this way in their demo application. I though that they would have caught something like this before releasing it to the general public.
