If / and statements

Hello, new to Qlikview and nearly finished my first project!

I am trying to work out how many helpdesk tickets we have had open since yesterday. In the database the open ticket is marked as "Scheduled" and I want to looked at tickets with a date other than todays...

My script at the moment looks like this..

     if(Status='Scheduled',[Start Date]<>Today(),) As [Open Before Today]

The status works but not the start date.
