If record exists in any month out of the latest 3 months

Hi all, 

New to QlikView, need some help 

How do you create an expression to find whether a record in the data (excel file) exists in any of the latest 3 months? and if a record does not exist then I would need to colour the pivot table (that shows latest 3 months data) background to green and set the displayed value as 0.

Can't show any data as it contains sensitive information. I just need to know on how to check whether a record exists in the latest 3 months
For example if January has no record but February and March has a record, the expression should tell me that Jan has no record by setting the pivot table as 0 and setting background cell colour as green. Another example would be if Jan and March has no record but February has, it should tell me both Jan and Mar has no record by setting the value in the pivot table as 0 and background cell colour in pivot table as green. thabks.
