Ignore delimiter between quote in csv load

Hello, i have following response from a SOAP - POST request (file1.jpg). i cant use the delimiter (,) because this csv have numbers between the quotes who. How can i ignore the (,) inside the quotes?

If i use the "," as a delimiter:

[avinashelite]

better way is to change the delimiter from , to other values like | ........

Just a guess, but did you try quote "msq"?

I cant change the delimiter, because this is a webservice from my ERP and i need the real time connection 😁

I suspect you may need to go directly to the ERP system in this case rather than the report on the web is the only thing of which I can think.  Below is Help link to all the available Data Connectors we have at this time, there may be another option for you that will work:
