Image not displaying

Hi All,

Please see the attached QVW file, where i am trying to add some images.

Req,test and defect values has specific images and i want to attach these specific images to specific data.

In attached QVW file only one (wrong) image is displayed for defect.

How can all images with correct data can be displayed?

I tried your solution. Please see in the attached qvw. But it is displayig text.

Can you please tell me what i am missing?

Did you tried by my method? If yes let me know the outcome for that. As said you don't you try with PNG file???

Be sure that the "Path" is set correctly in the excel file.

see if you want to display image , you need to create either a listbox or a textbox

if you are creating a listbox ,clicking on the 'i' /// i stands for info /// button on topright corner of textbox will display the image.

but if you are creating a textbox,use image as representation on the general tab of textobjectproperties .

But i don't have .png files. I need to use jpeg file in my app.

I used your method with jpeg file, but it was not displaying images.

Hi Mansi,

here are the next one using jpg.

Please use a fresh qvw file and different names (including the line headers in the excel file) if you try to rebuilt the application.

Otherwise QV will find the old pictures instead of the new ones.

i think there is a constraint that at a time only one type of image can be displayed.

can you please explain this syntax 'qmem://<9>/<2>'.

One more thing i want to know that can we show these images in list box with text.

Like in my case: req image, test image, defect image in vertical column.

to show image in a listbox ,go to the presentation tab of the list box properties and in the representation dropdown select,select info as image
