Did you find a resolution to this issue.  I am now experiencing the same on a server using Citrix.  I have had it work fine in many different environments before.

Hi,

Try by setting images path in script. Not sure.Just a hope to solve in one way.

set vImagePath_Up='E:\QLIKVIEW\PLC\IMAGES\480px-Symbol_Up_Arrow.svg.png';

Thanks Krishna.  It turned out to be an issue where the client had revoked internet access to the service account that QlikView was running as.  When the service account was changed to a general user the images worked.  Hopefully we will be able to get the proper service account access and all should be well.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Tracy,

Thanks for your response. I had seen that about brackets, and it makes

sense as the file will be referenced as a URL.

In my case it was web permissions for the service user. It follows that for

local files NTFS file permissions could be an issue.
