Images loaded with INFO does not work on Server

Hi all,

I am trying to display in Qlikview a set of images (about 200MB in total) stored into a shared folder. Since it is a huge size, I don't want to use de BUNDLE option.

So, without the BUNDLE option (using only INFO LOAD) everything works fine in local QV Client, hovewer in the server the images are not displayed.

After searching a lot in the community, I did not find a solution.

Some help, please?

Thank you.

Luis.

Qlik Support confirmed is a bug happening only in some clients. No solution expected.

I found a workaround placing the images in a web server, and referring them as "http://....." instead of trough a shared folder.

Anyway, thanks for your help. The post above guide me on the right direction.

Regards,

Luis.

Would you mind sharing how do you load your images and how are you trying to display them?

Sorry, I forgot to attached the sample file sample file. Already done.

That sample works fine (both expressions) in local QV Cliente, but not in the server.

Many thanks Clever,

The solution provided on that link works fine for IE plugin, however it doesn't for Ajax.

Anyway, at least I know what is happening.

Luis.

I can see "localhost" as path into your images.

Are you acessing locally?

Have you tried using the server ip or hostname?

Yes, I tried both server ip and hostname. Same output.

And I also tried with shared folders and local folder.

I am using QV 12 SR4
